Disc-locked steel tubular scaffolding is a new type of socket-type steel tubular scaffolding based on a disc-node connection system, which is composed of vertical poles, horizontal poles, diagonal poles and special accessories (such as adjustable bases, adjustable U-heads, foot planks, etc.). The vertical poles are welded with disc nodes, and the ends of horizontal poles and diagonal poles are equipped with wedge-shaped pins, which are quickly locked with the discs to form a stable three-dimensional stress structure.

Cutting: CNC plasma cutting machine is used for precise cutting of steel pipes, with size error ≤±1mm;Welding: Automatic submerged arc welding process is used for vertical poles and discs, with high welding strength and uniform welds, no incomplete welding or missing welding;Punching: CNC punching machine is used for processing the ends of horizontal poles and diagonal poles to ensure accurate pin holes.

The main structure adopts Q355B steel + hot-dip galvanizing anti-corrosion treatment, with a service life of 15-20 years and turnover times ≥200, far exceeding traditional coupler-type scaffolding. Under normal maintenance, the service life can be further extended.
